The Firm practices in the area of Information Technology (IT), cyber laws and advises on e-commerce, fintech, data protection matters including on compliance issues, privacy policies and risk factors. In fintech space we have regularly advised clients on digital payments, payment gateways, pre-paid instruments, cryptocurrencies under Indian laws.

The Firm assists organizations providing technology-enabled services to customers. Our scope of engagement includes registrations and statutory compliance required with the Department of Telecommunications, structuring business to ensure compliance with existing laws, regulations, rules, guidelines.

The Firm is associated with various artists, media houses, and cinematography
organizations and regularly advice on matters pertaining to the Copyrights Act, licensing,transfer, and sale of music, art, cinema including to OTT platforms.
