Sainath D M has around 5 years of experience. He had joined the Firm in the year 2017 as an Associate. In recognition of his immense contribution, he came to be inducted as a Partner in the year 2021. His past experience includes working in the Chambers of Mr. K V Dhananjay.

At present, he spearheads the trial practice of the Firm. He has single-handedly, contested complex trials in the sphere of civil suits, criminal proceedings, and other allied cases involving special economic offenses. He is one of the senior panel advocates on the board of several nationalized banks and giant corporate financial institutions.
