Jagdish

has more than 13 years of experience working in India’s leading law firms and as an Independent Legal Practitioner. He has advised large corporates and multinational clients on Capital Markets (IPO, IPP, QIP, Takeover Regulations), private equity investments, compliance and general corporate matters across wide range of sectors including real estate, banking, hospitality, Infrastructure, contract research  organisation, human resource services amongst others.

He regularly advises corporates in relation to contractual disputes, compliance with various laws including but not limited to Securities and Exchange Board of India Regulations and general corporate advisory.

​

Prior to Trust Law, he was with the erstwhile Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co. and AZB & Partners. He started at Wadia Ghandy & Co. after graduating from University Law College and Queen Mary University of London. He is enrolled with the Karnataka State Bar Council.
