Employment And Labour
We have exhaustive experience in all aspects of employment law including litigation,transactional and advisory matters. We assist in the management of employment risks (at all levels) in addition to providing strategic, board-level advice on employment and related compliance issues, day-to-day support to human resources departments and in-house counsels on matters related to Industrial Disputes, entry and exits of key managerial personnel, employee provident fund, gratuity matters, wrongful termination, employee investigations etc. The Firm has also conducted many training sessions for various corporates and organization on the Sexual Harassment of Women at Work Place (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. Our attorneys are also empaneled as an external member on the POSH Committee of various organizations.
