Sudharsan Suresh has around 12 years of experience in practice with diverse background on both contentious and non-contentious issues. Past work experience includes several leading law firms such as King and Partridge, Bangalore, and Crest Law, Bangalore.

Thereafter, he had a brief stint but rich experience working along with Mr. K V Dhananjay wherein had an insightful experience on educational law.

While working with King and Partridge at Bangalore, he was one of the counsels for the Reserve Bank of India and had an exposure to work on aspects involving niche areas of certain special legislations such as RBI Act, FEMA, Banking Regulation Act, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, Co-operative Societies Act, FDI Rules and Regulation. Had an opportunity to represent on behalf of the Securities Exchange and Board of India, wherein work pertained to the overall legal framework of Capital Markets in India.

At present, he is on the board of legal advisors to many prominent educational institutions, Nationalized Banks, and Co-operative Societies. In addition to that, he is also one of the empaneled advocates with the local municipal authorities such as BDA and BBMP.
