Vivek

has more than 15 years of experience working in India’s leading law firms, funds, and in-house legal departments. He has advised large corporates and multinational clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, debt & structured financing, compliance, and general corporate matters across a wide range of sectors including financial services, banking, real estate, hospitality, etc. He regularly advises the board of directors and senior management on legal, compliance, regulatory matters, whistleblower, and governmental investigations.

Before Trust Law, he was with Piramal Capital and Infosys Limited. He started his career at Amarchand Mangaldas after graduating from the National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata. He is enrolled with The Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
